By being able to more quickly and accurately assess a business idea, you can sift through more ideas and have a better chance of seeing what others do not. You will:

• Use key tools and frameworks to rapidly assess the promise of a new business idea
• Develop your strategic thinking skills
• Be able to more effectively communicate a new business idea (e.g., to financial backers, customers, suppliers, or your boss) so that you maximize your chances of turning this idea into reality
